Q: If there is a product that you don’t carry on the website can you special order?

A: Yes, we can special order for your bowhunting needs. The order will take 2-6 weeks pending on the special order. We will contact our distributors to see if they can order the product and if they don’t carry the product we will then look further. If we can’t find the product we will then contact you back to inform you of this.

Q: What happens if the product gets damaged in the shipping?

A: My distributor does a great job at packing the bowhunting products, most of the time they don’t get damaged in shipping but If they do we insure $100.00 thru UPS automatically no extra cost. For USPS there is NO insurance automatically included, you have to pay for the extra insurance cost USPS.

Q: What if I’m not happy with the product and want to return the product?

A: You have 14 days from the time the order is shipped from the distributor to return the product. Before mailing the product contact us so we may give you the proper address to ship it too, and the reason for the return. You the customer will be accountable for the shipping cost.
